Design Of Tourism Area Integration System To Increase Village Revenue Through Village-Owned Enterprises

Limited human resources and capital have resulted in the tourism potential developed as a tourist business around Sambongrejo Village, Gondang Subdistrict, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java Province has not been able to optimally increase Village Original Income (PADesa) from the tourism sector. The purpose of this study is to formulate an integration system as a tourism business development strategy based on similar potential, namely natural panoramas in the form of hills and forest areas. The development is in the form of cooperation between existing destinations, namely through the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) which is the main stakeholder of village potential management. The research used a qualitative method through a descriptive approach to 27 informants spread across 3 villages as policy makers to policy implementers to target groups. The results showed that the increase in Village Original Income can be increased through the tourism sector business and through BUMDesa can be formed Joint Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesma) or other forms of joint business as an activity unit for the development of tourism potential in the form of integrated tourism attraction objects, including the management of human resources involved.
